OAK MATURATION |
A portion of our Clare Valley Grenache is hand harvested a little earlier to make this refreshing Rosé wine. Fermentation and storage in stainless steel produces a light bodied wine with vibrant primary fruit characters. |
| COLOUR |
Vibrant hot pink. |
| BOUQUET |
Intense and lifted aromas of musk and Turkish delight / rosewater with strawberry and cherry fruits. |
| PALATE |
Medium sweet (at best) the 2008 Rosé is a crisply fresh style wine with just enough residual sugar to lend weight and softness. More cherry and musk flavours in the mouth. |
GENERAL TECHNICAL
NOTES |
We have made a deliberate decision to reduce the sugar level of this wine in favour of promoting the natural sweetness of the primary fruit. The result is an altogether more refreshing style of wine! |
| SERVE |
Definitely chill this little baby to quench your thirst on a warm spring afternoon picnic of smoked meats, asian inspired salads and crusty bread. |
