General - Being our first sparkling release, we wanted to present a fizz made with attention to detail and a sense of sophistication and approachability.
Made in the traditional method (bottle fermented), the integration and balance of this sparkling makes it suitable for any occasion. The blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay gives delicate notes of citrus, strawberry and more savoury yeasty notes of freshly baked bread. The bead and fresh acidity work to lift and round the finish to give a delightful mouthfeel.
Serve With - This wine is a celebration in itself and as such, brings the sparkle to any occasion. Drink with friends, sip with a partner or indulge in a solo celebration!
