VIP guests will be welcomed into a private tasting space in the Claymore Boot Room Barrel Store. Here they will indulge in a French themed immersion masterclass “All things Cabernet with Cassoulet” , featuring a side by side tasting of Clare Valley Cab and French Bordeaux. Santé!

Ease into a day that’s all about good wine, great food and even better company. Start at Taylors, where the music’s playing, the wines are flowing and the atmosphere is easy and vibrant. Then roll into Claymore, where things get a little playful, think French-inspired bites, laid-back tunes and that unmistakable Clare Valley charm. Finish at Kilikanoon, where fire and flavour take centre stage, with bold wines, smoky dishes and a festival energy that lingers long after the last glass.
